Leafpool chose love over her clan.
Instead of returning to her clan to help fight off the badgers, Leafpool followed her heart and ran away with Crowfeather. Leafpool and Crowfeather now have to find a sheltered place to start their new life and family. Fighting off badgers, foxes, dogs, and hunger, they finally find the perfect place. All is well except the nightmares that Leafpool has about badgers. And the guilt is a huge weight on her shoulders that haunts her every night.
