Georgie Smith has just never been afraid to be herself; and I guess that's the problem. She tells you what she thinks of you, and she knows if you're lying. She's not 'gifted' or whatever, she just knows the signs. Maybe that's why no one likes her. Maybe that's why she has only one friend. And maybe that's why she ends up being sent to spy on Xavier Coles, the most popular guy in school. He's kind of a jerk, which is why Georgie refuses at first; that, and the fact that the biggest bitch around asked her to do it. Then, when she's offered something she can't refuse, she takes the opportunity and goes through with it, though, in her opinion, it sucks.
