Miyo and Miko are twins, they live with their mother in father in a mansion, neither of the parents can tell them apart so they play little tricks of on their peers to see who can guess is Miyo. The Hitachiin twins notice them in the court yard and watch them for a bit, noticing they don't really talk to anyone other than themselves. Knowing this they tell Tamaki and ask him what to do about them, and he decides a good idea to try and socialize with them.
