Panic! At the Disco's Brendon Urie is celebrating his 30th birthday in the matter of a few hours, and has decided to have a small celebration instead of making such a big deal out of it. However little does popstar Urie know that evil Miss Jackson has returned... and this time with a new motive; to mess with the one and only Brendon Boyd Urie! 

Fortunately, it doesn't take Urie long to find out that Miss Jackson has returned... it's only the icing on the cake, right?
