Harry Potter - FullMetal Alchemist Crossover
At the end of the (not!Brotherhood) anime, but before Conqueror of Shambala (would abbreviate CoS, but since I once mistook that for 'Chamber of Secrets', I won't), instead of getting sent to Germany in the early 1900's, Ed lands in Harry Potter - with no memory, at all! Set in the 5th year, might have possible pairings later.

Y/N a 19 yr old human boy who was raised by emperor Belos when he found him as a baby. Y/ N was trained in the arts of swords skills and breathing techniques since he wasn't able to use magic, he was trapped in the dungeons for a few years for going against Belo's orders. Thanks to Luz who was able to break the spell from his chains after fighting Belos, Y/N run outside from the castle and into the forest as Luz and the others escaped the other way after freeing Eda. Now with two humans in the boiling isle, Belos have much more trouble on his hands. Harry Potter: The Six Eyes
Pretty bad at Synopsis so I'll just tell you what to expect. Magic and cursed energy have been merged and are now the same thing, there will be some inconsistencies with this but mainly it will be fine as differences between it can be linked to England and Japan cultural differences. There is a lot that is slightly different so I can't explain here, but in general Harry Potter is born with the Six Eyes which run in his family, he is offered a chance to attend Hogwarts in order to learn how to harness his abilities and maybe help free the world from curses. (Some Families will have the same techniques, it means they're descended from the same ancestor as their Japanese counterpart) I do not own Harry Potter or Jujutsu Kaisen all respective works belong to their owners.

You fall to the ground, unconscious. Ed's grin turns down and his eyes widen in horror. A bright yellow light fills the room. He traces the thick black vine that reached out from the machine into your heart. Ed's knees gives up from under him. Al rushes in. "Brother, what's-" Ed turns to Al, tears and desperation filling his eyes. "She's gone, Al. She's gone. And it's all my fault!" Al's eyes widen as he stares at the figure behind his brother. Your body was vaporizing slowly. Al points towards you, shaking. The yellow light swallows your body, along with the vine and Ed's machine. Ed turns and hangs his head as everything falls silent. Al stands there wordlessly. Ed blinks away his tears, determination set in his eyes. "She's gone, Al, but I won't allow that. It's not a fair equivalent exchange." Ed looks up at Al. "We're going to bring her back." ~ Something weird is up. Your powerful alchemy powers were admired all through the land, and yet no one seems to know what alchemy is. That is, until you meet Edward Elric and his brother, Alphonse Elric. The two are fascinated yet understanding of your powers, and Ed is able to teach you some alchemy, though he won't tell you how he knows. Through many hardships with the Elric brothers, you begin to grow close to them, and even start to fall for Al, but he doesn't feel the same. Ed, though, falls for you, and you couldn't help but feel bad. You don't realize how you feel about him.
