Just a normal day for a normal girl. You know, zombies crashing through the windows to eat her flesh, a little boy she barely knows relying on her for help, and to top it off, her hair is becoming a mess without a brush! So you know, just normal day living for a girl just wanting to see where the future takes her. Little did she know the future wasn't going to be normal in any shape or form.

It is not, under any circumstances, completed, but I'm trying to get to that stage. Just when the urge gets to me it should be good.

This story is an outcome of a drastically declining future. When humanity was completely lost and there was no one left on Earth taking care for it or others. Humans have become soo busy in their own lives that they have completely forgotten about others and even other lives on Earth. So many species are now extinct because of them and even though life is almost over we still not able to see the right thing. If we had seen things in the right way the right perspective we would've have alot to share and alot to give . We would've had inventions quite earlier the 22nd century but interestingly we were losing everything.....

ORIGINAL STORY The world as we know it has become infested with bloodthirsty corpses. The infestation started off as a single case, then as time went on more and more people were coming back from the dead. It was a miracle, until they started killing everyone and everything with a heartbeat. The world went into total chaos. Ashton Fitzgerald and his family had to fend for themselves until a cure was found for the infected. Two years after the outbreak and the infection only grew, this was the world now and all they had to do was survive. Ashton's parents didn't get that memo. Nathalia Colman was separated from her family the day of the outbreak and had been on her own ever since. She never came in contact with another human being until she stumbled upon a boy... Zombies were said to be impossible, that they'd never happen, well obviously whoever said that had underestimated human curiosity. It started with the melting of the Poles, which uncovered diseases that hadn't been seen in millennia. Obviously, when a flesh-eating parasitical virus was found, scientists in all their glory decided to study it, which led to the greatest calamity in human history. Warning: This is the original book 1, it is now considered more of a prelude/building character relationships arc than a book. This provides backstory and sets the foundation for the characters and their relationships. The action starts in the new book 1 - Migration. - TW: Gore, Cursing, Death, etc. Not recommended for anyone who can't stomach gore or other zombie stuff or LGBTQ+. Homophobia will not be tolerated in any way, shape, or form -

Peace and tranquility have never been in Mara Till's wheelhouse. Her life had been a constant spiralling whirlwind after her DUI and subsequently losing her job a few months prior. Just as she thinks her life is returning to some semblance of normality, the unthinkable happens. Will Mara be able to adapt to the new normal or will it eat her alive...literally. PLEASE NOTE: I will update and edit as much as I can but I am doing this as my baby sleeps. One day she witnesses these doctors make this concoction that turns people into zombies. After she witnessed that her while life along with the while world changed. she needs to figure out how to survive in this new world. After being on her own for some time, she comes across people. Which is hard for her considering she never was able to be around people. Shes not a people person. Shes a closed off, strong willed, lone wolf. Shes needs to learn how to survive with the dead walking around. Will she be able to survive with the new people she's going to meet? Will she be able to protect herself and other with her past on her shoulders? Read to find out.
