Izaya Orihara doesn't drink often, but today there was a special occasion. And by special occasion we mean a tragic reminder. Reminder of his past, the lies, the broken promises, the responsibility, and the absence. Today happens to be his birthday. Usually birthdays are supposed to be happy like 'hey you survived another year or you are a year closer to death so live everyday as your last'.
