A year after the events of "Rise of the Murderer", life has returned to what it was supposed to be. No one remembers or even knows about the existence of Rusty, except for Riley who has been able to move on. Peace isn't always able to remain, as mysterious portals open up all over the island and taking parts of it away.
After an unexpected and not wanted encounter with Rusty again, Riley knows that they must be stopped, or there will be nothing left of the island.
