Mental health problems are a growing public health concern. They are prevalent not just in the UK, but around the world. The rate at which Mental health issues are increasing are alarming. I myself suffer with a mental illness, anxiety to be exact and I understand what it's like to suffer alone. I have wrote this book not only to help others with mental illnesses, but to show people that even though people have mental illnesses, we're still people at the end of the day and we still feel things like everyone else we're no different. I want people to understand what having a mental illness means, it's not just something that can be turned off or ignored. I have recently been doing a course on psychology, and have learned so many different things, I have learned to look at mental health in a different light. To anyone suffering from a mental illness or watching a loved one or friend deal with one, you are not alone. It's very important to remember that, help is always out there, you just have to be brave enough to ask for the help. If you have any questions, or want to just talk then I'm here and I'll do my best to answer you're questions and help you through❤.

Also please feel free to share your story or Experience in the comments section:) I'll even add your story into one of the chapters❤

"Those who suffer mental illness are stronger than you think. We must fight to go to work, care for our families, be there for our friends and act 'normal' while battling unimaginable pain."
