Illustrated story! Moonwatcher realizes that her choices, which affect her entire future, have not been what she wants and longs for. Where does she belong? Will she always be an outsider? She has no visions of the dangers that await her as she sets out to find answers. Winter has lost hope for the dragon he loves and focuses on his other passion; to scavengers. However, a surprising event leads him to face his past and gives a new direction to his life. Family has always been his worst fear, but he could not have imagined even in his nightmares the situations he will have to face on his journey. This story takes place about 3 years after book number 15. Contains characters and references to events from the three Wings of Fire book series, including the Dragonslayer. So if you haven't read the books, this story might spoil their plot. And she managed to stumble her way into Spittlebug. She'd not the biggest fan of the small dragon, but she does come with free housing, and the HiveWing does seem attached... Will the pair eventually find a romantic spark, or will the relationship go up in flames? And how far along will it go? Well, lets find out...
