Mallory is the Queen of Vampires, she's known to be the creator of vampires. She's cold, calculating and merciless. 

One night, she gave a ball and someone stabbed her with a stake with sleeping powder on it. She fell into a sleep for 232 years. 

When her younger brother Aeron, whom was her regime for the time being awakened her. She wanted to kill the bastard who stabbed her but she mostly wanted to return to her throne.

Her brother gave back her throne. 

He also told her most vampires now don't answer them anymore, they actually detest them. But no Vampire is stupid enough to fight them, especially her. 

So she is the queen but a hated queen. 

But when she runs into a human who she mated with, she falls pregnant. 

The first half human-half vampire baby. 

Will she protect her baby? 

Importantly, will she protect herself?

It's going to be hard with a rebellion on the way and the father of her child is the reincarnation of the man who stabbed her.
