Kenneth is known for his incredible intelligence within the sciences. Which...not very many people know of that much. Instead, the locals of Pavilion City know Kenneth as the town baker. Kenneth also has inhuman abilities making his job as a baker quicker. One day though his powers go out of whack. Another day he loses his glasses (one of the most important things Kenneth needs). A nuclear explosion wipes out a small town in Indiana, which either kills, or rewrites the cells of anyone caught in it's range. Some people weren't able to handle it's affects, others have been changed. Everyone who survived was given a supernatural ability. Hallie Osborn was affected by the explosion, and was one of the few people her age who survived, and is taken into a hospital of sorts for people like her. Finn doesn't remember anything outside of the hospital, the first thing he could remember was the chemical tank. He's not sure why he's put in there so often, but isn't allowed to ask many questions. He's eventually introduced to the rest of the gifted, he explains to Hallie his time in isolation, not understanding how important he's become. The doctors and therapists are keeping many things from the gifted, and with the help of Finn, Hallie's going to figure out what.

Electrification. You have a flower on your head to cover your device that helps control your powers better. You also wear hearing aids and counter shoes since sense and hears sounds constantly (like Saiki hearing people thoughts constantly). Being able to build things in completion as long it has instructions as well. You also know the basic information of people like when you see then you see their name, DOB, age, weight, height and such (their first breath on earth).

Dan gets saved from an oncoming truck that would have taken his life if he wasn't pulled back at the last second. After being saved he suddenly can see numbers floating above everyone he passes by and quickly figured out that those numbers represent the lifespan of that person counting down in seconds. He finds someone who's numbers are lower than everyone else's and realizes he is going to die within a couple of hours. He choices to stay with him as he watches the numbers count down, and hopefully by the time those numbers reach 0, he will be able to stop whatever is going to kill him and save his life.
