Eighteen year old Kya Krahn lives in a realm much different than ours. A time where the whole land feared that of the unknown. However, Kya is not what you think she would be, she is the most notorious assassin of all of Ulteva, and she knows it.
Two years ago Kya and her friend Tyla was betrayed by someone that was in the assassin force. The two of them were sent to the Steel Mines- a slavery camp surrounded by steel- to make the armor for the guards.
What happens when a group of nobles come to the camp and gives news that involves everyone there? Will it impact there lives in a good or bad way? Will things start to change for Kya?
