17 year old Chloe has learned about the Prophecy, mentioning Hunter Crowley as the bringer of a new age of pain and suffering. She has been tasked with protecting Hunter, to ensure that the Prophecy is fulfilled. She is elevated and becomes Hunter's Demon and he becomes her soul. As she struggles to come to terms with her destiny, knowing his life rests in her hands, she begins to fall for him. She also starts to question whether she will help him fulfill the Prophecy or struggle to keep him Light.
