The little mermaid.

She's the youngest daughter of the sea king. He's the future king of Naboo. She's a mermaid. He's a human. After she saves him from a storm, sparks flys between them. After she saves him, he's desperate to find the mystical girl who saved him. Meanwhile she gives her voice to the evil witch Mother Talzin, get legs to be with him.
