It's New Years Eve, you've got your resolutions for the coming 12 months, those resolutions (or any other promise/goal) is what I call a "possible lie". Even if you and others know that you won't accomplish your resolutions, they're still valid (true) until the 12 months run out.

Being the Bridget Jones fan that I am, this book will a very similar format.
I would like to think of myself as a more modern and younger B.J.

In this book I will help myself, help me so that I can help you, help yourself.

For those who may not understand the purpose of this book:

This book is a non-fiction self help book, where by helping myself reach my own goals I will be able to help you achieve your own goals. I'm making this a book in order to be able to track my journey (development) and the fact that I'm publicly stating that I will accomplish something in a certain time range increases my chances of actually doing it.

This book is not about me, it is about us all. I will be posting my own experiences but I truly hope that you will comment and share with me and others your own goals and go through this with me and everyone else.
I find that it is easier to succeed if you have support from others and I haven't found that support in anyone I know so I'm turning to my Wattpad family and hoping for the best.

If you have a goal you want to accomplish, if you want to support others or if you simply want to follow the journey, I would suggest you read the book and hopefully you will enjoy it.
