Delilah is a young 13 year old, who lives with her mum, and step-dad, Jimmy. Life has never been easy for her, she never knew her real dad, he left her mother when she fell pregnant with Delilah at only 15.
Like any other young teenage girl, Delilah has many insecurities, but she has a lot more, she has scars, that bring bad memories, involving Jimmy, she has a secret, that she has never told anyone, too scared that if she does, Jimmy would kill her, finish her for good. Yes Jimmy abused her, but that's not her secret.
But what she doesn't know, is that one man, one very important man, would change her life for good. He will find the truth out about her, and he will do everything in his power to fix this broken young girl.
