... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!

This story is sci-fi, romantic and a highly dramatic teen fiction about Amber and Ryan as we hear the tale of how two enemies turn into lovers as they struggle to survive for 20 days on a deserted planet... This tale tugs a few heart strings and has some bizarre moments. Please let me know what you think as this is the first story I've ever written/shared/finished and would love to hear some opinions! I made this book when I was 14 so the first chapters up until around 50+ are kinda bad. I thought I'd leave it up because some people may want to still read but if your interested in my own style now read the latest ones as it represents adult me who knows how to write hopefully better. I enjoy writing and I put alot of time into them when I was younger so I thought for the time and effort I'd leave them up! I suffer with dyslexia which I've grown accustomed to but I was struggling in my younger years so again the first chapters of this book aren't the best (they make me cringe) Ryan and Alex are the ship I stayed with later on into the book, but whilst I began writing Alex wasn't yet in TDG so there some different ships. Bailey, Tyler, Johnny. I tend to write bxb as that's what I tend to read. Warnings ⚠ In this book I cover a fair few dark themes as that's what draw me in as a reader. Also people who have a emetophobia (why I started this book, to try normalise myself to it in a weird way) this book contains it alot very early on in the first few chapters then it slowly transforms into a dark book. Mentions of: self harm, suicide, eating disorders, rape, drugs, drugging of others, grooming, violence, bullying. (Anything that may fall under dark themed I've probably written about)
