When I was 16 years old, my parents decided they didn't want me. We went on vacation, a cruise actually, all around Europe. We stopped briefly on an island somewhere near the Netherlands, where they left me in a tourist shop and never returned. There was never any warning for me, I thought they loved me. But I guess you never really know what's going on in other people's head.
Three years have passed since that day, and I've been homeless on an island near the Netherlands, in the "Jansen Koninkrijk"or Jansen Kingdom, with no hope for my future.
That is, until the Prince of this kingdom picked me up off the streets.

This story is based off of a vivid dream I once had, with a few things changed of course. All the photographs, including the cover, are all my own creation as well! I hope you enjoy!

this is my rendition of beauty and the beast and its far from disney Love does not exist. Not for me anyways. How could anyone show love for a monster like me? I was a bastard of a man who hermits himself inside a large, ominous castle. Almost all of the rooms were empty, showing little sign of what used to be, of the servants and family that used to inhabit it. The only sign that people still lived here was the linen and food that would be outside my bedroom door every morning and my bed being made when I wasn't in the room by the few servants who chose to stay and be loyal to me and my curse. Why they chose to remain here after the others fled?Complete

I made my way to the kitchen as usual and opened the fridge and grabbed a drink. My mom was usually in here,preparing a snack for my brother and I but today she wasn't. To think of it,it was too quiet around here I then proceeded to go upstairs to my room as I know my brother has soccer practise and my dad is at work. I walked upstairs and passed my father's office and I heard some talking I then heard laughing,a woman laughing to be specific "Scott stop!" She laughed once again And i knew that,that was not my mother's voice. My heart broke when I realised my dad didn't actually love my mother. He was a cheater and after this i lost all respect for him. I stood outside the door for a good 10 minutes debating whether I should storm In there or just keep quiet about the whole thing. The laughing and talking went on and I decided it would be best if I walked away. Tears threatened to fall as I went to my bedroom. I actually looked up to my father. He was my superman. He got himself a good job,a beautiful wife,and started a beautiful family...only to find out it was all a lie. Is his wife even his wife? Are we even his children? How We Met
As I see my mom walk out the door I look at my dad smiling at me. The way he smiled at me made realize how afraid he was. I glance at him and give him a fake smile before he comes up to me and gives me a hug. The warmth of his body was reassuring but I feel the tears start to come down his face. I didn't want to lose him......ever. My dad Kevin who always is there by my side needed me there for him I glance at him and smile and he kisses my cheek. He whispers "Everything...will be alright." I wasn't quite sure what he meant but I nod my head. He lets go of me and looks at me before he turns away he says "I will be in my room if you need anything, okay princess?" In a quiet tone I respond with an okay. I recall my mom saying before she left to me " I love you Samantha." It just replays and replays in my head "I love you Samantha." But did he? • Harry He worked at the boat rental, where you and your parents rented a boat for your vacation. It was truly love at first sight, and only if you knew that after these 2 months you'd ever see him again. You look at photos, old bills from cafes you two went too and a shirt, it was Harry's, you took it and smelled it, the fabric still smelt like him, his perfume. You close your eyes for a brief moment reminiscing. After setting it down you grab a very specific cassette and decide to rewatch it, it's a bunch of photos and videos of Harry that you took of him back that summer, then every memory seems to come flooding back into your mind. It feels like yesterday when he touched for the last time, before your parents had to seperate to from the longest hug you've ever experienced. It feels like yesterday when his luscious lips where softly kissing yours. It feels like yesterday when you were walking on the beach, and in hand, watching the sunset. A tear rolled down your cheek when suddenly the door swings open and your 4 year old son stands in the room. He sits down next to you. "What's the movie mummy?", he asks. "Nothing special just some old stuff that reminds your mum of her youth, sweetheart"' you answer while another tear rolls down your cheeks.
