This is what happens to Tommy, an average 18-year old, who just completed high school.
A book lover, "a hot one", as dubbed by a group of people in his school, he devotes his extra attention to a particular book passed down from one generation to another in his family, known as "The Midnight City". The story of a young hero named Gary trying to save his sister from a wicked sorcerer entices his heart who longs for adventure deep within.

However, Tommy is about to find out that some wishes should be wished with an extra care. When his sister disappears without a trace, he is forced to confront with a shocking truth. Along with his estranged, old friend, Pink, Tommy ventures into a thrilling adventure that his heart has always desired for.
