This story is for all you band folks. Its a lil like romeo and juliet only band version.
Brass against woodwinds. they have been fighting about who does what and who gets wat. Will they ever agree on anything? especially when the big UIL (Big grade and a lil compition between bands) coming up? PLUS with all the other stuff going on in kittys life, it wont just be about how we hold up our reeds and such!!
Oh and there is another version of this book. That book is in Deanna's point of view so get that book aswell. Its called the same thing and the cover is the same but hers doesnt have a pony playing the flute.

I'm sorry for the big gaps between paragraphs and the many mistakes :p This story is about a girl named Lexy who had a rough go at life but, her life is only becoming harder as she grows older. She meets a man that she falls in love with at only 18 and then her whole world changes rather quickly. She get's put into danger by a boy band she loves and then marries a member of another boy band she loves, what more could a teen girl ask for?! Read for more details!! Waves (A High school Novel)
This amazing story written by me, Captain Giggles, is full of action, drama, humor, and much more to somes likings. If you don't like his book I understand, but maybe give me some facts or information on what I can do better to improve this book. This book is about just some regular high school teens and just their life. Characters (Key Main Characters Kind of): Marvin and Daniel are very different. Daniel is a straight A-B student, is in a band, is a lady magnet ;So Marvin calls him; is very quiet at times, he's also 17 years old. Marvin is the opposite of Daniel,he's 19. Now James is an interesting boy; he is a big partier, loves to surf, his best friend is Marvin, he's a player but not a player like Marvin is, he has dark brown hair, also dark blue/ green eyes, he loves his sister Jade and watches out for her. Now Jade, interesting girl I have to say; she's hates the popularity but she deals with it, she has green cat like eyes, light brown hair, she's not a type of girl who dresses up to impress or anything, she only does what she wants and needs to, her make up is almost always light, most boys think of her has a "hot girl", she's a surfer; might I say quiet an amazingly great one to; she follows her brother to his friends parties and things like that to make sure he's safe, she has a crush on Daniel, but so do all the other girls too. For your information I'm not a stalker just a close friend XD Heck! I'm the writer so I know everything about them because I made them! But I hope you like this story I'm making right now!! "And why is it you don't want to work with anyone in the band?" "I don't like anyone." I said simply. "And that is the point of doing this group activity. But now let me ask you two questions. One, Why do you put up with band if you don't like anyone? And Two, Why don't you like anyone else?" Ms. Emma asked me, leaning a bit forward in her seat meaning she expects an answer from me. "I put up with band because I love my grandma and she was always telling me to be a trumpet. She died about a year ago and I just want to honor her memory" I say looking down. "I'm so sorry Jace." Ms. Emma says, and I look up to see an emotion I hate. Empathy. I don't want her sympathy. So I changed the topic and answered the second question. "And I don't like the band because they all like her. The weirdo. She's always happy, always talking with everyone as if they are the most special person in the world, she's happy about playing more music than any of us needs to. She's so weird that it's like she's popular. She's not normal, not right. All I want to say is pair me up with anyone but her. I hate her, Ms. Emma." Ms. Emma just looks at me like I am the weird one. "And who, pray tell, is that Jace?" I was a little shocked she didn't know. Or maybe she did and she wanted to hear me say it. So I said her name just to make her happy. "Astrid." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jace Vaughn hates Astrid. All because she is weird. Or maybe he is jealous because of how "easy" her life seems to be. He's always getting bullied by his supposed loved ones, and his favorite person in the world left him unwillingly. When a band project and a few mean words make Jace and Astrid's fates intertwine, can Jace forget his hate and learn to be friends with a musically nerdy girl? and maybe, just maybe, can he learn to love again?
