Tara lived all her childhood feeling claustrophobic. Being a shinobi does that to you. She felt as if she could never spread her wings without hitting the wall.  Wings? I'll explain later.  When Tara finally get the chance to leave her cage,  she  doesn't  hesitate.  But  did she  willingly walk in to a cage with more locks?
