In the state of the region full of supernatural beings roaming wherever causing mayhem some don't have the firepower to do so, in Seattle when the D.U.P fell so did other conduits, most of them died, we follow the story of Isaac, once a 'normal teenage dweeb with no one to hang out with' to a superhuman in the newly formed M.C.W. (Military of Conduit Weaponry) it's not an easy ride
