The Doctor is a lonely man. He has had so many companions. They come and go. But his conscious is forever. Her name is Tara. She travels with the doctor, unseen by others. She does what any conscious would do, help him make decisions and tell between right and wrong, and more. The doctor will regenerate but she stays the same, never changing, not aging, always being there. The doctor has Amy, Rory, and River. And all to himself he has Tara. She will never leave his side and she will never converse with another living thing. Because she is just the doctor seeing things, or is she?
