After discovering the origins of Anakin Albright, the group of survivors flee through the wild forest of Manaria while being hunted by the creatures inhabiting the island and avoiding the wrath of Anakin's pursuing army. Knowing Anakin will never stop seeking his insane revenge for the death of his wife, the group attempts to end the Kumatrian threat so that they could finally escape and find life where only death existed. As the death count rises from the traitor within, the group must discover who the traitors are before there's not enough living to make it off the island. With allies clashing against allies, ties some have with the ancient Manarian people will be overlooked as a stronger enemy is revealed manipulating Anakin as Anakin was manipulating the survivors. This new enemy remains in the shadows as they do everything in their power to stop any survivors in their Escape from Manaria.
