Nate and his brother Matt are whisked away to some unknown place where they are tasked with saving humanity. Can they do it or will the mysterious history of Shiba create conflict in Nate's seemingly normal life?

Also, when I first started writing this I had just finished reading The Mortal Instruments series and there will most likely be A LOT of parallels to that story since it was my inspiration for this book. "Fuck." He whispers into my neck, sending a thrill of excitement through my body. His lips still smothered kisses over my neck and his hands roamed my body, starting at my chest, going down to my stomach. My breath catches in my throat as I pull at the hoodie that covered his chiselled body. Understanding, Jacob pulls it off in one swift movement before attaching his lips back on my neck. "We grow these many poppy flowers," he explained, "because they are the main ingredient for heroin, it's the entire reason my family and I moved here to this little shit town, it's the perfect and place to grow them."
