Serena Stream was born at Hydra, her mother worked there, so when Serena was born they killed her mother and started experimenting on her. They have no idea who the dad is so when she has powers before the injections, it only means one thing to Hyda. That she's someone special. Being a shapshifter is a cool power on its own but when you have shadow shifting, telekinesis, shapshifting, flight, teleportation, fire, ice, wind, light, darkness, earth, and you have all of scarlet witches powers and your good with all weapons, hand to hand combat, and you have lots of agility, it only means one thing for Hydra, that your their best weapon ever invented.
