SageClan remembers the night when Rookstar disappeared. Later she was found dead, body slashed with clawmarks. Many assumed it had been a rogue's attack, or that of a rival Clan, and Heronstar was quickly thrown into leader position. The charismatic tom was well liked among the Clan, and SageClan thrived.
Smokebird is an observant cat, and Heronstar's brother. He was even named after his ability to notice things - he had vision sharp as that of a bird. He's definitely been noticing things lately, with the surprising sighting of a rogue on the territory that may have a connection to SageClan itself.

His battling and hunting skills are dismissed by everyone, and it makes him sick. His mother is the worst. She keeps telling him to hook up to a she ASAP.
