When the Great Apocalypse arrived and threatened our extinction, mankind was left without choice but to seek refuge several miles under the ground. For hundred of years, we stayed secluded beneath the Earth and waited, slowly growing in numbers until the ground could no longer hold us.

Then the resources began to deplete and the holes serving as passages for air down to us started getting clogged, one by one. We began struggling to breathe.

And so the governments finally assembled a group to be sent to the surface-an expedition all of us hoped would provide answers whether the Earth that mankind left ages ago was still hostile or already habitable. My dad and brother were called for the mission, I wasn't. I wanted to come, fearing what was waiting for them on the surface could be far worse than whatever suffering we were already stuck into underneath. All throughout the journey, our hope burnt ablaze, only to start fading out when we finally arrived to an Earth already inhabited by beings foreign to us-creatures that could only see our presence as a threat to their existence.

My name is Michael. I am one of the last members of my species. I am Human.

The ice deep in the north has melted to reveal a new world hidden under the ice. It holds vegetation and animals that seem unworldly when compared to ours, but hidden in the deepest part of this world is another cave with the oldest surviving strains of an ancient bacteria capable of taking host of dead creatures and reanimating them into beasts worse than before. This strain had grown weak over the ages and was nearly extinct, but the human immune system, never being exposed to this, caused the strain to thrive inside its new unexpecting host and spreads out to the world. It starts small, just a speck on the hands of a few people, but soon, it spreads to door handles, pens, books, chairs, things like that. It continues spreading and now has infected its first corpse, the remains of an ant. This new creature comes and spreads to that ant's nest and then to the animals that eat them. Before less than a month passed, the virus had spread to a graveyard in the hidden grottos of the Yukon. This virus, now able to think from the new minds of fresh bodies, can strategize. In only another week, the epidemic had spread to the northern edge of the United States. Spreading further and further in, people began to notice this strange happening. From people disappearing to entire towns popping out of existence, the bacteria continued to spread. To keep order, the governments had those who disappeared erased from existence, but it wasn't enough. The takeover of those long gone happened in less than three weeks and society collapsed. Spreading overseas, it began its removal of life in Europe, but that's a story for another day. We now come to those few remaining settlements in the collapsed U.S, now called The Crumbled Land. What does this new land hold hidden deep in the remnants of its former glory?

I didn't want this, anyone could've told you. My brother, Asia, my brother's girlfriend Miria. They all could've told you just how much I didn't want this. I just wanted to go back home, I was perfectly fine living in secret, hiding away underground, staying out fo as much trouble as possible. Even though Alex, Michael, and Asia made enough trouble for all of us. And even more so after Alex and Asia's bad break up. So yeah, I was fine with it all. But now... Everything was different. I had, a, huge, home. I had to learn what it was being an indigo. Had to study my so called people, my so called race of indigo. And what happens? Brooklyn does eventually come to me, does eventually tell me some prophecy that tells me to do something, and I apparently can't refuse. If I do, well, then apparently my so called kin could die. The name is Qassianne, but, never, NEVER, fucking call me that. It's Qassie, learn the name, live the name, love the name. I've been on the run with my twin brother for almost six months since they came out with that new law and everything has been steadily going down hill for us. I'm fine though, loving the wildlife, quite literally. I'm enjoying living with my brother in the forest trying to make our way to Washington D.C. although he thinks we should be traveling through the city more. And, I'm like, no. Two vastly different worlds, yet both souls of fire, yet both connected more than they realize, yet both have a story to tell. Prepare yourselves, because when a Phoenix of old, meets a Kitsune of old, their world will turn into puissant flames. Yet only together, can they become Fierce Of Flames.

Completed! #1 in government conspiracy as of 10/19/18 #6 in outbreak as of 10/10/18 #7 in corruption as of 8/12/18 #62 in apocalypse as of 8/7/18 #11 in government as of 8/9/18 The year is 2213. Everyone was evacuated from the home planet over 150 years ago. Our planet was dying, it was only a matter of time before our race was wiped out. We now live on a synthetic planet designed and built by our ancestors who came together from all parts of the globe to devise a plan to save us. We have lived peacefully for over a century.. Until now. Our lives were threatened when a mysterious and deadly virus broke out, killing entire communities at a time. The council says that they have a plan; they said that in order to prevent the death of more innocent people they will test every man, woman, and child for signs of the virus. Any person found to have been infected will be quarantined, the ones who die will be given a proper burial while the ones who survive are deemed carriers and are to be sent to the home planet to prevent further outbreak. I was prepared for the people I know and some I love being taken away for the greater good, but I never would have expected that among the list of people being taken from my community, that I would be one of them.. I survived the quarantine. Now for the survival of my planet I, and the other Carriers must be sent to the home planet. I'm going back to Earth. (This is not based on The 100 but there are similarities.) (Some violent themes, but other than that is entirely clean.) Please comment if you have any questions or concerns. This is a first draft so it is definitely not perfect yet.. Thank you! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Where'd you learn to do that?" I asked about the intricate knots that he had tied so swiftly. He paused. "Jail." I glared at him in shock at what had just come out of his mouth. "Seriously?" His straight face broke into a grin. "No. Boy Scouts."

Twenty years after the end of the Cyborg War, the last cyborgs try to hijack a starship on its way to terraform an alien world. They want the new colony to be a cyborg colony in which they will rebuild their strength and practice their way of life. During the fighting, though, the starship is damaged, so that instead of travelling light years across space it ends up a billion years in the future, alongside a planet Earth that is near the end of its life. The cyborgs, momentarily defeated, leave the ship in a captured landing craft and go down to the planet, but before they go they sabotage the ship so that it is no longer able to support life. The crew have no choice but to follow them down to the planet where they have to fight not just the cyborgs but also forms of life a billion years more evolved than humans. Creatures that have grown tough and hardy in an attempt to cope with the increasingly harsh conditions that prevail there. As if things weren't bad enough, there is conflict among the ship's crew as they fight to decide which of them will be in charge and how they will meet the challenges facing them, and even if they survive all this they will still have to deal with the discovery of the ultimate fate that awaits all intelligent life in the universe...
