(a sokeefe fanfiction ☺️) It's been weeks since Keefe left and what has Sophie accomplished? Absolutely nothing. She's been lying in her bed feeling sorry for herself, trying to make sense of the new and confusing emotions coursing through her. Then terrifying, life-changing information comes to light. Suddenly Sophie is swept up in a disastrous tangle of events, all while trying to fix her mistakes, find Keefe, and take down the Neverseen. But will she be able to do it? Or will her grief be too much to handle? Keefe has been hiding. He's been moving throughout the Forbidden Cities, staying out of sight, dodging police, and most of all, trying to control his new ability. But just when Keefe thinks he's left the Lost Cities behind for good, a mysterious stranger shows up, claiming to know everything about him and even promising him answers to his past. This fanfic takes place after Unlocked, which ends (spoiler alert) with Keefe leaving. Sophie's heartbroken about him being gone, maybe forever, but the Neverseen is still a threat to her and her friends and family. After losing Keefe, Sophie's not here to play their games anymore. This is rated as mature because I'll occasionally reference something more graphic or use stronger language. (Sassy kinda-psycho Sophie?????)
