When a person dies, they become a ghost. Each Ghost has a certain eye color only dead things can see. Each color determines what role they will do as a ghost, and how bad their life was, starting from red to black. But one female ghost doesn't have one, she has all of the colors. So she can do any of the roles she desires. Even come back to life. But everybody can see her. They Just can't touch her. So she decides to stay a ghost.
