It was over world war 2
where were the jews though
My best friend where was she
I was just so confused
She said she would be right here waiting for me
she said right there at the corner of col't street
my family where were they
heck I wanted them
heck i needed them
the sun was beating
my back was sweating
I was tired
I am running now
running to nowhere
I run in the day I sleep at night
people told me
that I am here but I'm running
