Jazmine moved in with her grandparents never forgetting the ordeal, and Cesar stayed in jail as well. Follow their Journey one last time as they welcome Huey home.

Jazmine's cousin Yara comes to stay with the Dubois family for the summer. Jazmine and Yara are very close so it wasn't a problem for anyone. What will the gang think of Yara? Will Jazmine tell Yara about her secret but not so secret crush?
