Witness to a murder on board, Rae and her brother find themselves stuck on a six-week train journey through central Europe, miles away from their hometown of London, England. Forced to endure the long trip with a murderer on board, she finds herself wishing she could return home, even if it means catching the killer herself. However, she soon finds the task challenging when she starts falling more and more infatuated with the young, brooding detective in the carriage next to hers, who seems to know an awful lot about the murder, and even more about Rae's dark past. With her heart toying with her emotions and the constant need to check over her shoulder every five minutes, her list of allies grows thin. Rae must learn who she can and can't trust, and force her past not to catch up with her, while she battles to get what she wants- to return home in one piece. Six weeks, two siblings, and a train journey that is about to change everything. Rae's about to find out who she really is, and exactly what she stands for.

Two teenagers dead. One girl on camera. One identical face left behind. "That's me," Eden said, pointing to the footage. "No, it's not," Elara whispered, "That's me." And just like that, the case broke in half. When 18-year-old Noah Rowe and his girlfriend Tess Marlowe are found murdered at an abandoned railway station, CCTV footage reveals one of the killers-a girl in a hoodie, her face caught for just a moment. The face belongs to either Eden or Elara Wren-identical twins with a dark, toxic past and a shared connection to the victims. But the case isn't so simple. Both sisters claim innocence. Both have alibis. And both were in love with Noah. As Detective Eliza Hart, a rising name in the London Homicide Unit, begins digging into the twins' lives, she finds a buried world of obsession, jealousy, betrayal, and a sisterhood that's not as unbreakable as it seems. The deeper Eliza goes, the more twisted the story becomes. Because the twins didn't just hate each other. They may have needed each other to kill. and just like that "We hate each other so much" turned into a confusion. [ 𝟷𝟻 𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚜 𝚍𝚊𝚢/𝚠𝚎𝚎𝚔 𝚠𝚒𝚜𝚎]
