Alessandra Cole has a very unique talent, her ability to see auras.

Throughout time Avras have evolved as more beings entered the Earth; vampires, shape shifters, the fair folk, the list goes on.

Avras are able to see a person's true species by what colour glows around their head and their emotion through the colour that glows everywhere else. They usually wear glasses which dulls the colours so they don't go blind if someone's emotions are too much to handle.

She lives in London, which means she sees quite a few different ones each day, keeps it interesting.

But when she moves to Forks to live with her uncle whilst her parents are on business she only really sees two: vampires and shape shifters. Two beings that rarely get along.

Follow her journey through this book.

"You're different from what I expected," she said softly. "How so?" he asked, glancing at her. "I don't know," she replied, searching for the right words. "You just... have this way of making people feel like they matter. Even here, in this... nightmare." He was quiet for a moment before responding. "You matter, Y/n. Don't forget that." OR Y/n wakes up in the deadly Squid Game, surrounded by strangers and fighting to survive. What she doesn't know is that the mysterious Frontman is watching her every move through the cameras- and she's caught his attention.
