Evil lurks underneath the quiet town of Riverside, Colorado. The year is 1968; 68 years after a horrible tragedy that occurred at the turn of the century, killing more than 5,000 people. In the midst of this catastrophe, an author, a survivor of the horrible event, tells of a science-fiction tale explaining what happened in his own words. Now, after a period of peace and silence, the beasts from 68 years ago come back to haunt the town, leaving a trail of blood-shed, bringing with it snow and calamity. Two children now must race against time to find an old woman, the only survivor still living in the city, and find out what had happened and how to end the destruction of these once fictional beasts in this bloody, cold, and desolate Winter Wonderland.

It is the year 1965 in Japan where a village filled with mysterious villagers, kept hidden within a dense forest. Secluded away from neighboring villages whom had never even heard of this well kept and lost village, shadowed by tress and bushes. This is Shiryo Village, a sacred village which is off the map, unknown to any being except for those who live within it's walls. It is unknown as to why Shiryo Village was so isolated from it's neighboring villages, perhaps because the villagers were hesitant to trust other villages or maybe they believed that if they weren't communicating with any other village, they would be safe in case a war struck out. Fast Forward to the year 2049,an elder woman of eighty-four recites a story to her grandchildren. Her name is Nana Yamaguchi and she tells the story of the mysterious village of Shiryo, one which she is unsure whether it had happened to her or not.Concluída

It's the most frightful time of the day-or evening. It's when all the monsters come out, vampires, werewolves, ghosts, and other unnatural things. But most people don't know it, they just go about their own businesses, frolicking around-not having a care in the world. It is in these times that they start to disappear. Distant screams, forbidding blood, creatures that lurk in the shadows. Within these shadows lies a deep legend that has been long forgotten...until now. Scarlett and her friends have been warped back into a horrifying legend that, to only one, was believed to be a myth. Now they must face the vicious creatures that dwell deep within the old library and murderous betrayals. With the stakes now higher than ever, one must choose between insanity and death. This is a complete short story. It will take about fifteen minutes to read. When Pam, Michael, and their young sons take the scenic route through Broken Springs, Population 402, they will never know their terrible mistake. Pam’s monster migraine has her wondering why they ever had these arguing kids in the first place. Worried about Pam, Michael stops at a quaint bed-and-breakfast where they are welcomed by the delightful elderly proprietors, Bev and Snow Stillwater. But when Pam awakens the next day, something feels very wrong about the place. She has trouble remembering things—like where they are going for vacation and the names of her children—and Michael has disappeared. The scenic route through Broken Springs, Population 402, may have done more than extend their trip. It may have changed their lives. Forever.Concluída
Slendy Snowstorm
(Apologies...this is old and bad but it's necessary for (REDACTED; will let you know when publishing) and I don't have the time or energy for a rewrite.) It wasn't too long ago that a snowfall happened in Nathan's hometown in Montana. And a rather large one at that. It caused school to be cancelled, but it still left room for learning from home. However, there was something different about this snowstorm. People and friends of Nathan began to go missing, and once returned, they had turned into horrible monsters forcing every last remaining uninflected human to band together and fight for survival and to uncover the mystery of the snowstorm and the monsters in its wake.
