After graduating from middle school, Yehoshua escapes from his abusive step parents and moves to the city to live with his kind grandfather, who serves in the military. It is during this time that he stumbles upon a mysterious ring, inscribed with the words in Hebrew, "Let him be worthy to defeat the works of the Enemy when that day cometh." Now faced with a choice, Yehoshua must decide whether to use the ring to fulfill this strange prophecy or succumb to the temptation of personal pleasure.
