Many years ago, there was a war. A war to end all wars it seemed. But not so. This war didn't end. Every day, the war continues. Nearly every peaceful town, destroyed. Almost everyone who had any good in their hearts were either broken and put into slave labor or killed off. The "Organization," as they call it, was looking for ways to make people willing to work for them. A machine to test their limits. But they've been having trouble keeping those who were tested, alive.
Quinn Burrow is no stranger to being on the run. She's one of the very last. Her mother and father were also survivors and runaways, but her father was captured and killed on the spot while her mother was punished severely. When her mother was caught, she was 9 years old. She watched as her mother was ravaged again, and again, and again. No mercy was given to the woman who birthed and protected her.
Quinn escaped that day. She's been on the run for 10 years since that night. She knew they were close to finding her. She was a master at running. A master at tricking them. Now she's run out of tricks and places to go. She's can run, but there is no where for her to hide.
