(A little fanfic based off of the Wings of Fire Series, about a Hybrid Animus of mine.) Monsoon is a newly born dragonet in the Icewing Kingdom. There's just one problem... she happens to be a hybrid between a Mudwing and a Icewing. While at home in the Icewing Kingdom, she discovers she's an animus dragon. Will the Icewing Queen find out or will Monsoon's powers stay hidden?

Book 1: A Hybrid Named Crimson (Wings of Fire Fanfic)

Snowflake was a normal icewing dragonet. Blueish-white scales and a disciplined, icy personality, living within his parent's sixth circle. As normal as normal can get. He had no idea how much his life was about to change. His goal was to become the highest ranked adult dragon in his family, and his dream was already in reach. He just turned six years old, and through hard work and tiresome training, he had made it to the top of the fifth dragonet circle. If only he could reach the fourth circle by his seventh birthday, he would be happy with being an upper-middle class citizen of the ice kingdom. However, there are many dragons attempting to thwart his success. The lowerclass icewings are jealous of his advancements, while the higherclass are skeptical. This book is a little outdated and will be getting a rewrite soon! ------------------ Fighting, dragons were always fighting in the Rainforest. Not physically, but verbally. The Rainforest Kingdom was being torn apart by its residents. The RainWing's and NightWing's. Queen Dandelion and King Palmtree are doing nothing to calm down their tribe, so, someone else has to. Lavender is an seven year old dragonet who belongs to both tribes. She's a hybrid, born from her RainWing mother and NightWing father. Her life is wonderful, at least in her family and small village close to the edge of the Rainforest. But, she's starting to notice the change within everyone, as if they know something is coming, something bad. Lavender wants to keep her kingdom safe, just like all dragons do, but she also wants to keep everyone connected and stop them from being torn apart. Will she be able to fix the ties that brought the RainWing's and NightWing's together? Or will they be split apart and she'll be stuck between torn sides. ------------------------ The Wings of Fire series is written by Tui T. Hybrid
WoF Fanfiction - discontinued and really bad Hybrid was, well, a hybrid. She used to have a good life, kept hidden from the public. She didn't know what type of dragon she was and had no friends, but that didn't matter. She had her icewing dad, who took her out hunting and loved her enough to make up for everything else twofold. She thought that her difference wasn't necessarily bad. That all changed one day. Hybrid and her father were out, close to where they usually went hunting, and were celebrating her third birthday by going whaling. They were spotted. Another icewing took down her father, killing him for harboring a hybrid. Hybrid was dumped in the desert outside of the wall, where she was found by a sandwing. The sandwing drug her out to die in the dunes. She survived. Barely. After being stabbed by the sandwing's tail barb, she thought she was done for. The last thing that she remembered was her front talons feeling way too cold, especially in contrast to her sunburnt body. Then, black. When she woke up, she was even more different. A/N: I apologize, because, looking back, I kind of lost any inspiration for the first idea, can't mesh it with the idea I tried to throw in, and it would not make sense to ignore either of them....... So yeah this is discontinued, it's really a bad story. I may revamp it into a situation that makes more sense some time in the near future, though. If they died, what happened to them ? She needs to find answers to her questions and she will do it her way, the price doesn't matter, because it is her heritage. What she knew was she was determined. But what she didn't know was that this adventure would take her to her limit. (Note that this story is based on the universe of Wings Of Fire.
