When certain Heirs to the throne come of age to rule, King Zeus holds a competition in Olympia to see which of the Heirs will be best suite to rule. Eight competitors, each grouped up in two's. Annabeth Chase, the Heir to Athens, is anxious about who will be her competitor, but the only one she knows she cannot have is Percy Jackson of Corinth. Her mother has always whispered not to trust the Heir of Corinth, as he is just like his father. So when Annabeth is paired with him, it seems like the end of the world. Now she must compete with her enemy to make sure he does not get the crown of Athens, but she get the crown of Corinth. That is until some things switch in Annabeth's devious plan.
