Lucia (Lucy) Brooks is a senior in high schools. She lives, she breathes (barely) and suffers from a majority of problems. But her biggest is the abuse she receives from her father. In order to remedy the pain, she cuts herself, disillusioned that she has control over it. But she's wrong. In fact, Lucy is dangerously close to committing suicide. The only reason she doesn't is because of her love for her fellow senior Danny Worsnop. When Danny takes a sudden interest in her, he isn't aware of how messed up Lucy is inside. She's girl who needs real help, not a boy with a future in Rock N Roll.
So can Danny live up to Lucy's Knight-In-Shining-Armour expectations, or will she save herself?
