Blue Eyes Blind

Lilith Jakobsen has done everything in her power to avoid people, to avoid any contact with those in the outside world. She had at first tried to hide from the memories and nightmares that had plagued her, grabbed at her, clawing at her until it succeeded in throwing her into the darkness. She was stuck in the same routine, the same place that every horrible thing that had happened occur to her. Lilith was letting herself waste away, and didn't give a care about anyone. She grew to be callous and cruel, and never paid any mind to anyone, finally just giving up on her pathetic approach to life and deciding that nothing would ever hurt her again. Then her father decided it was time for her to get out there, and he forced her to go to an Equine College. All she had done in response was pack up her things and leave without a word to her father, taking her belongings and horse with her, as pissed off as ever. Her first mission was to make sure no one got in her way, to chase off anyone who approached her, snapping at their heels till they were running for the hills. Her plans were somehow screwed up when a young man came into the picture. He was persistent and incredibly irritating in a sweet way, and all she wanted to do was punch him in the face every time he continued his persistent act. Wyatt Holmes probably didn't expected to meet a young woman who was so mean. He had at first expected everyone to stay clear of him, and the few he would've spoken to he expected to be kind and polite. But not her. She was vicious. He knew that she was purposefully trying to rid herself of him. He wanted to stay away from her at first, but she intrigued him, so much. He was drawn to her. He wanted to know what had happened to her, so badly. What had happened to this young woman to make her so bitter? It was now his goal to figure out what it was, no matter what it took him. The real problem was would she let him into her life? Into her past? Sure. When hell freezes over.
