no. that's not how it is. they've known each other forever, though they don't even know each other. 

it doesn't make sense, i know. 


he's the hottest, most popular guy at school. she's just a normal girl that some people know. some guys even drool over her. 

yes he defends her at school sometimes, when someone calls her a slut, or a whore just because boys drool over her. but that's just an instinct. after all, he's known her all his life. and he sees her everyday. he's always gonna protect her. 

ross and laura have played together when they were kids, obviously. but does anyone even think about that? about who they played with when they were kids??

they saw each other every night. yes, that's how close their families are. but they don't talk. 

they just don't. 

laura never really seemed to care about the bond her family had with the lynches. she didn't appreciate it. neither did ross.
