WHY AM I EDITING?
It was so bad. So, so bad. Just a whole lot of cringing tbh. I promise my writing has improved dramatically since I began it!
HOW IS IT BEING FIXED?
•I'm going through one chapter at a time to edit them.
•I'm going to be mashing 2-3 chapters together to make each one longer, and I'll of course delete the ones I took from.
•I'm also taking out most of the filler chapters and will either A)edit them into the plot progressing chapters, or B)delete them all together. It'll depend on how much I like the filler chapter.
WHEN WILL YOU BE DONE EDITING?
IDK. I don't think it'll take super long as long as I don't overwork myself and burn out. I'm already making pretty good progress with it, I'm currently editing the chapters now and its going smoothly.
OTHER CHANGES
•There will be more mature language because that's just the way Kayleen/Kayleighn thinks and talks. She's got a dirty mouth. Before, I tried not to use as much swearing, but that just made her seem "not her" for lack of a better way of putting it.
•I also recently had an idea for a third protagonist that I want to incorporate, so I'm adding him into it as I go.
•And I decided I want to make our original protagonists different races than they were originally to make it more diverse like a D&D party.

Meet our protagonist, you should probably know the drill by now: They awoke at a facility. Weird furry things are trying their best to catch him, but unlike the last person that tried to survive in this facility, he's been lucky enough to have come across several tools to help him out. The story is told through the entries and sketches our protagonist uses to remain calm. This story contains slightly-gratuitous coarse language from our protagonist every so often. Although no sexual content is present in the story, it was built under a furry transformation game, thus it can be slightly uncomfortable to certain groups of people. The Song of Deirdre Part I
Deirdre Morningsong returns to Skyrim seeking vengeance on the Nords who murdered her parents, only to be captured by Imperial soldiers who mistake her for a Stormcloak rebel. After escaping both the Imperial dungeons and the destructive return of the dragon Alduin, she resolves to discover what strange power is within her, and what the dragons have to do with it. Follows the main quest lines of the game, weaving them into a story of adventure and romance, with numerous twists on the canon. I'm hoping it's equally enjoyable for those who've played the game and those who haven't. Trigger warnings: rape is mentioned, one is attempted and prevented, but none are completed. Some other sexual assault. The first chapters are PG-13, but later ones become R-rated. (Feedback on appropriate ratings appreciated.) Skyrim is part of the Elder Scrolls series of games, copyright by Bethesda Softworks. The image for the book cover is from the game. I've only posted Part I here, but will soon post the rest (four parts total, 62 chapters). I've worked in nonfiction up to now because it's easier for me to describe places and events I can experience first-hand. Each chapter is roughly 5k words, or around half an hour if you're using TTS software. Updates Mondays, 6:30 PM EST, so long as I get the chance to play. Since it's a playthrough, it's obviously full of spoilers, so don't read it if you want to avoid those. My Oldrim game is also heavily modded (whose isn't?) with a lot of realism/immersion mods so some things might be different if you're playing SE or just... Don't use the same mods. Enjoy!
