She loves it there, and wishes to never have to leave. Luckily, her parents decide to move to D.C., right after she meets a guy. 

Mason Crazer is a 15 year old boy whose mother has died, along with his grandmother. He lives with his grandfather and father in Virginia right next to the Potomic River. When on a trolley tour, he meets a girl who he finds adorable and can make her laugh. His father and grandfather don't believe in love after their wives died, bur Mason believes that he found it on August the 9th, 2017.
