Daughter of Ben Tennyson and Mikoto Misaka.
It has been more than 20 years after the incidents that led to Ben and Mikoto meeting each other, the Earth has been integrated into the intergalactic society, becoming a blooming civilization filled with alien technology and extraterrestrial visitors who have also made their home here. And Ben and Mikoto now have two children, Kenny and his older sister Miyoko, living in the Plumber Base in Mt. Rushmore.

However, while all seems at peace with the powerful Ben Ten Thousand protecting the planet, Miyoko begins to uncover a rather frightening conspiracy against her family.

Armed with her own Omnitrix abilities and the sharp mind inherited by her mother, Miyoko journeys back to Academy City to forge her own legend in the Tennyson and Misaka legacy.
