There are magic-filled Worlds beyond the Human World: the Witchfolk World and the Darkfolk World. The Darkfolk are working to enslave Humankind to serve every Darkfolk whim. The Witchfolk have been working tirelessly for thousands of years to stop them. A prophecy foretells of a Witch who will come to unite the Worlds...

Samantha is your average teen. She is unknowingly dating a Warlock from the Witchfolk World. In an effort to protect her, he joins them together with a magical symbol that has the unintended consequence of awakening a long-dormant magical power in Samantha.

Once ignited, Sam's power is noticeably strong. So strong that both magical Worlds are convinced she is the one who is going to unite the Worlds. Samantha starts to wonder if she can strike a balance to keep both sides happy. She needs to find out who she really is, what she really wants and which side she is really on.

While she is potentially a good little witch, there is certainly darkness within her...

94 parts Complete Mature
Maeve's ability to touch others' souls can be heartbreaking and confusing, but when she connects with two murderers, it turns her world upside down. Are they still killers if they only kill monsters? What starts as a random attack on the street stopped by two strangers quickly escalates as Maeve discovers her attackers were demons. Thrusting her into their violent world, Maeve struggles to hold on to her humanity, making choices she never believed she would have to make. Disturbed but drawn to each of them. Will's bestial nature calls to her one moment and rejects her the next. While a powerful attachment to Ander's gentle soul comforts her, but every time they connect, she feels his darkness just below the surface. Will's entire life has been a war against monsters, alongside his best-friend Ander. Honor bound by duty, he is brutal, relentless, and uncompromising in his mission to protect the masses. He didn't understand how much his world would change after saving Maeve, or how she would shatter his convictions. Ander may have magical talents but in his mind, nothing will redeem him from the abomination he is. Bound by more than shed blood, Will, his adopted brother, and only friend. Together they seek and destroy aberrations that poison the world. Until Maeve touched his hand, there was nothing else but the mission. With her, Ander could see a different side of himself, a different life. This is a character driven story written from the 3 main characters POV's. It's a mature adult dark romance & contains dubious triggering situations that some might find offensive. If you want an instant, fearless heroine, Maeve won't be it. Her story is discovering who she is & what power love can bring versus kicking monsters asses. Power & money aren't the only things that make the world turn & those that wield the greatest power control destiny. If you're looking for heroes, Will & Ander are NOT it. If you're drawn to tortured villainous souls, you'll enjoy their saga.

Samantha's highest aspiration is to survive her family until she reaches the age of freedom, eighteen. Destiny? Love? Concepts that are as foreign to her as a sound night's sleep. With a younger sister who believes she has to power to make things happen by "praying" for them, a mother who goes from fine to monster without warning, a father that ignores it all, and another new school to adjust to, Sam doesn't have time to consider what she wants from her life. But if she thought she had problems before, she's definitely not ready for Nick, or all the questions he raises about her life. Are her dreams really predicting the future? Are her sister's powers real? What's her mother up to? She can't really have a destiny, can she? Can love be real, if some prophecy tells you it is? What's a seasonal? How many questions can you ask a werewolf before it bites you? Sam has gotten this far by tolerating everything, never standing up for herself, but when eyes turn toward her little sister, it's time to put up or shut up. Destiny. Does it really matter if your mother kills you first?
