Atticus Silver has a mental disorder that makes everyone keep their distance. Well, that is everyone except for American Satan, who takes advantage of his status to start a band. A band of brothers that goes south incredibly fast, where one thing leads to another, and everyone is looking up to the two of them to save them from what society has left behind. Those that are considered outsiders find peace, and those that were considered insiders find a challenge.
Only problem? Atticus doesn't know if they are who they say, or if they are a figment of his continuously active imagination. Guess he'll just have to find out.
