Hayley LeBlanc, a thirteen year old amazing dancer, has just won the Starbound national competition for dance. While on the road, touring for her new show, Just Hayley, her older sister, Annie, is in L.A, staring in movies and singing. When Hayley and Annie's grandmother gets ill, the girls father has to take care of her, meaning there mother has to go on tour with Hayley, leaving Annie, alone in L.A.
