Hetalia World Academy ( Countries x OCs )

[Hetalia Academy AU] The Axis Powers and The Allies, the two houses of the Hetalia World Academy, consists of "Countries" with individuals acting as their representatives. Recently, a new rule regarding "lieutenant"s has been introduced; where the representatives may choose students of the Academy as their subordinates. April, a scholarship-awarded student, is excited; because this just may be her chance to turn life around for her and her family. Little does she know that her wish would become true, only in a different way.
